Organization:

We are incorporated in the United States, Mexico and soon to be in Canada. "Eagles On Assignment" is a 501(c)3 tax free corporation in the US and issues tax free receipts for US tax purposes. The Canadian corporation, to be called "Children of the Dump Society" will do the same in Canada. The Mexican Corporation is called "Desayunos Para Los Ninos de Vallarta" and can issue tax receipts for Mexican Tax purposes.

All contributions received by the US corporation and the Canadian corporation (in the future) are transferred to the Mexican corporation which then issues the funds for the various operations of the Children of the Dump Vallarta.

• Complete Expansion of the third floor in School of Champions
• Renovate the Dental Clinic and the School Bus
• Expand enrollment in the school to include middle school and 2nd shift primary students.
• Upgrade the computer lab in the school
• Expand the school Breakfast Program
• Increase Daycare attendance
• Expand the Hot Meals Program
• Increase field trips to hotels, restaurants and local business and cruise ships.
• Research and implement the Troubled Children program.
